 I started Sweet 15 in the fall of 2024. 

My personal goal for 2025 is to choose healthier eating habits for myself and my family. 

 I found that there are not a lot of healthy options when it comes to snacks and food prepping.  

I purchased my 1st Freeze Dryer over 9 years ago and used it mainly for a hobby.  

Now I have 3 Freeze Driers and have learned many incredible ways to add healthy products to my daily diet that are both delicious & good for my whole family and want to share them with you!
